The Board

The Parkour Earth Board comprises:

An Independent Chair who facilitates meetings, manages the Board, and acts as the moderator during Board meetings.
Elected Directors who are elected by Parkour Earth Members to four-year terms on the Board, where they aim to represent the voices of parkour practitioners.
Independent Directors who are experts appointed by the Board to offer their skills and expertise to the organisation.

Tomasz Dąbrowski

Vice Chair/Elected Director
(Term: 2023-2027)
Since Tomasz saw parkour in 2005, he realized that parkour had been in him for a long time. Since then, he has been actively practicing parkour with undying passion.
Over the course of several years, he was involved in the development of parkour in the city of Gdańsk but also throughout Poland. In 2011, he co-founded the KS Movement organization, which brings together parkour enthusiasts, and since 2016 it has had its own indoor space. The activities of Tomasz and his team members also influenced the parkour parks industry, thanks to which there are already several dozen of them in Poland.
Since 2008, Tomasz has maintained the tradition of the annual Parkour Festival in Gdańsk, hosting traceurs and freerunners from all over the world. Tomasz is also the founding president of the Polish parkour federation, which supports the activities of parkour organizations throughout Poland. His knowledge and commitment to the development of the Polish parkour community is implemented by running the Parkour Portal account on social media.
Panda Ilén

Elected Director
(Term: 2025-2028)
Panda’s parkour journey started as a kid in 2006, inspired and guided by the parkour pioneers of Finland.
From 2010 onwards he has done parkour as his work by coaching, performing, organizing events, running the national association, training new coaches and so much more.
Panda has a burning passion for bringing the whole global international parkour community closer together and making it accessible and welcoming for everyone and all kinds of people.
Melissa McQueen

Elected Director
(Term 2025-2028)
Melissa started parkour classes in 2015 after watching her kids' classes and thinking it looked like fun.
Melissa spent 20 years teaching and after retiring early, she worked as a Regional Coordinator for USA Climbing, helping organize youth competition. When her son quit competitive climbing, she looked to bring the skills she learned with USAC and bring them to parkour.
Since 2022, she's served as the Event Director and a board member for the United States Parkour Association. She helped USPK organize their national competition circuit. Melissa and her daughter still practice parkour and love traveling to events and making friends in the global parkour community.
Patrik Gabrys

Elected Director
(Term: 2025-2028)
He started his ADD/Parkour journey back in 2009. Since the beginning, he has loved the complexity and transformative potential of this practice. For a decade, he has run ADD Lead, where they use two tools—ADD/Parkour and experiential learning—to support the development of young people. The organization runs classes for 200 youths across 10 cities around Ostrava. He still coaches a few times a week, as his life would not feel complete without that balance.
After Art of Retreat 2021, he successfully restarted the Czech Parkour Association. He served as chairman for several years and now holds the position of vice-chair. Last year, the organization became the National Governing Body (NGB) for parkour in Czechia.
His aim is to help Parkour Earth become a strong and relevant sports federation, with good governance representing all expressions of parkour. He brings expertise in sports management along with a strong sense of vision.
